Thanks to DHL, instead of being excited for her big day, I’m scrambling at the last minute because a company I PAID EXTRA for can’t honour the most basic delivery commitment.Customer service? An absolute joke. Three separate times I was told someone would call me back. Three times, nothing. Not even the courtesy of pretending to care.At this point, I genuinely don’t know what DHL does all day, but it certainly isn’t delivering parcels or providing customer support.Avoid DHL at all costs.
