The service provided an estimated delivery date of Friday 12th. However, I received a message today (Wednesday 10th) at 10:15 am stating that the delivery would occur at 12:55 pm. Since I was at work, I couldn't monitor my phone and, as expected, I missed the delivery. More advance notice would have been appreciated! I thought it would be easy to reschedule the delivery, especially since it required a signature for a significant purchase. Unfortunately, shortly after the 'sorry we missed you' message, I got a notification saying the item was delivered. Thankfully, my neighbor returned the package to us, or who knows what could have happened. This situation could have severely impacted our holiday. The lack of timely communication from their automated system and the indifference shown by the delivery driver is concerning. I certainly won't rely on this service for future deliveries.
