To whom it may concern. I've been reading the reviews and completely agree. I've emailed multiple times with no response, and calling yields no answers. The seller I ordered from uses this unreliable courier service. This is a frequent occurrence. Boxes are damaged, opened, and items go missing. I've suggested to the seller to switch courier services. I ordered on the 29th of November, and now it's the 12th of December. It's unacceptable. I doubt I'll receive my parcel, as it's gone missing. What frustrates me is their apparent indifference. I hope all fellow reviewers can resolve their issues. Thank you.
