If I could give minus 10 stars I would, what a joke of a company. I have been waiting since the 1st December for my parcel to be delivered, My phone number is on the order so they could have called. Some how they had a wrong eircode, infact eircode that they had doesnt even exist, I dont know how it was wrong because it was double checked by the company sending me the item, I have rang them and emailed them everyday waiting over an hr to get through to them for nothing, To be told the driver would call me 😂😂. He never called.. Apparently my parcel is in a "warehouse"somewhere. It would probably be quicker if i drove to the god damn warehouse myself. The tracking hasn't moved in 6 days, when they do reply to emails im being told different things by different people. As bad as fastway was they were 100 times better than this bloody joke of a company. Losing hope of ever getting my parcels in time for Christmas...
