My parcel was delayed for ten days in Ireland after leaving the depot in France. There were no emails, texts, or calls to inform me of any delays. Tracking wasn’t updated. If you call, you can expect to be on hold for almost an hour, and when you finally reach someone, they know no more than you do. I finally received my parcel today, the 11th of December, after ordering on the 24th of November. Very unprofessional service. Vendors should avoid using them for deliveries to Ireland.
