Parcel took 5 days apparently to arrive after leaving France and another 5 days to sort. Driver lied saying he attempted to deliver it. I’ve now been assured the driver still has my package yet I haven’t received it and it has been 4 days. My tracking number does not work anymore and apparently they have no way of knowing which driver has my package. I can’t tell you how much of a waste of time and money this whole experience has been.
