This lot really don’t have a clue about running a company.I would urge everyone who is buying online to check to see who will be contracted to deliver your goods.If it’s GLS then decline the delivery and ask if there is anyone else they would use and pay for it.It will probably save you money in the long run.After spending a lot of money on a present that is sitting in their warehouse for 9 days and of which I am NOT allowed collect (8 minute drive) I have to buy another present and go out of pocket.I honestly cannot understand how anyone can run a business like this.
