Just another horrible experience with GLS, we had 2 parcels to be delivered, the first one was done on the 1st May, after contacted Customer care on the 5th May they said it will be re-arrange for the next day, on the 6th May they said it was delivered, but never did, very disappointed no idea what to do know.
