Website is useless for tracking… doesn’t give any information apart from the date it was shipped. The delivery date would say whatever date that I checked the website on. Tried adding my number to get the updates on WhatsApp but this doesn’t work either. Called customer service and waited an hour just to get through to somebody. The agent could only tell me where it had left two days ago and no further updates since. I explained that the text updates weren’t working and was told that the service is working and to try again later. Even after I said I had been trying for days I was still told to try again later. Never using this courier again.
