I've clicked on a 1 star review, should be 0 stars but this review site didnt allow. Im very angry! Prior to delivery DHL email several times stated that the delivery needed a signature(no signature, no delivery). I opted to keep the complusory signature offering because of the high value of the delivery and I ensured that someone was at the address to accept and sign. The DHL driver delivered to the wrong address (number 13 instead of number 7), no one was at number 13, so no signature was given. It is pure luck that the people at no 13 approached me to ask if the delivery was mine... DHL need to get their act together, absolutely rubbish.. No point in all the lovely pre-delivery email contact if they cna't control their own drivers... Whu did this driver (who was at the wrong address)not keep the delivery when no one was there to sign?
