My parcel needed a signature and although I had a delivery time it didn’t arrive. I phoned customer service the following day and was impressed with support from Amber. My parcel duly arrived and was delivered as promised by a very courteous courier who explained his van had broken down the previous day. I would have appreciated a message from the company to let me know that my parcel would not be delivered, hence 4 rather than 5 stars. The ability to track the courier just prior to delivery was reassuring.
