I had some bad experiences with them before, but I wanted to send a parcel and after a bit of searching I found some cheerful information on their website. Like you can choose a payment method - when I was trying to pay, the only option was Paypal. Or e.g. the shop nearby, that is a drop off point, would print labels - no they don't.And then I wanted to contact customer services. They have a little floating icon that gives the impression you can chat - no you can't. You can call or send an email. I did both. Called them, I was the 40th in line. While I was waiting, I sent an email, why not, maybe they will get back to me before I get to be the 1st in line. That was a long shot, so won't hold that against them that they didn't. But then after 50 minutes waiting, I got to be the 1st in line and the the next thing is I get an automated message that all of their agents are busy and I should try again later, bye-bye. I didn't even know to cry or laugh. And they don't even have a complaint form. Disappointing doesn't even cover the experience. Imagine you had to talk to someone urgently about something you sent. Well I chose another company for my parcel.
