The day of delivery was changed at the last minute and only notified after the driver had left. The time of the delivery was given between the two hour slot, for which appointments family had were amended to enable presence at home to take delivery. The driver then arrived at our location over an hour and 15 minutes ahead of the time and noone was present, but the parcel, despite oone available to sign for, was then left at the property.
