Parcel delayed ten days in Ireland after leaving France depot. GLS did not email, text or phone to alert me of any delay. Tracking was not updated. If you phone GLS you will be left on hold for almost an hour and when you finally get through the queue the customer service representative knows no more than you. I finally received my parcel today 11/12/25 after ordering on the 24th of November. Very unprofessional company. Avoid if possible vendors should not use them for deliveries to Ireland.
