People paid money for that you know? Who are you to hold on to someones christmas present for 1 month? Unreasonable and also there was no excuse given other than lies.Absolutely useless courier company.Ill be sure to deter people from using their non existent services. Expensive too. Just go bankrupt already. Dont take on extra jobs if you cant deliver them. You being short staffed shouldnt be the customers problem as this is a valid excuse.0 stars for the lying bunch of yous.
