If it could be 0 stars it would. Had a parcel stuck with GLS for 4 weeks . Finally delivered on 20th Dec after being told it'd be delivered on 17th. No contact from GLS or delivery driver on day and to make matters worse was expecting security cameras which driver threw over our fence into garden
