How a company like this is still allowed to operate is beyond understanding. That any business would partner with such an incompetent and unresponsive delivery company is unacceptable. Customer service is completely nonexistent. There is no communication, no transparency, and no accountability. Because of this total lack of trust and professionalism, this company should shut its doors. This is an utterly unacceptable excuse for a delivery service.
