I paid for the gls one on the website to send a package on 23/05/2024. I canceled the service because I would need the carrier to come and collect it at my home to send to the recipient. I got in touch and they canceled it on June 24th. Until now, I have not been refunded the amount that had been paid. I already contacted support via phone and they had no information about refunds and asked me to send an email. So far, no response.
