My parcel was due to be delivered 13-12-2023. The tracking shows it was delivered but I did not recieve parcel. Contacted gls and was told they cant contact driver directly and he would contact me within three days. Dreadful service, I just want to know where my parcel is.AVOID THIS COURIER AT ALL COSTS.
