I placed an order with a company who use GLS couriers.I chose a designated specific location for them to leave my parcel. Got the email saying it would be delivered at some point today. Received an email at 14.37 saying it was delivered at 14.57 🤔... Arrived home to no parcel, no delivery docket nothing. It wasn't delivered. Very bad practice and would not be ordering from anyone who uses GLS again if I can help it. Causes unnecessary stress waiting till next working day to call and figure out where your parcel is.
