The courier 'attempted to deliver' but failed, even though I was home without any doorbell or knock. When I tried to reschedule, it showed as delivered, with a photo of the courier handing it to an unknown person, whose identity is unclear from just their midsection... I have no idea where the parcel is or who has it, but it’s not critical, just essential medication! Unnecessary complications due to poor courier service.
