We had wardrobe doors fitted in February, I have left it as long as possible to make sure my review is fair.Whilst the doors themselves are nice they aren't fitted correctly. On my appointment Alex advised we would need to fit the doors a certain way, this meant they wouldn't be flush with the frame, but I was happy as long as the doors shut properly and the clothes fit.The fitter on the day flagged this and said he can fit the doors flush and they will close, the clothes will fit. I thought this was fantastic and said please go ahead, as long as he is SURE the clothes will fit.The clothes don't fit, they poke out. You have to shove them in at the corners to get the wardrobes to shut. Sliderobes have offered no resolution and have now stopped replying to my emails. They have blamed me for the poor fit. Honestly I'm so upset, having spent ££££ on doors that don't fit. I have never had a company just ignore me and make me out to be a liar. It's the worst customer service I have ever received.If you do use them I advise recording all conversations / getting absolutely everything in writing as they really cannot be trusted.
