Appalling!!Ordered 2 items online from flannels with DHL delivery as a first time customer on 13 December 2025. Never again! Paid for DHL signed for delivery for which I got an email stating I had signed for receipt of item on 18 December. I had not! Indeed there was no attempt to deliver and DHL had no evidence of delivery in terms of photo nor signature. After five calls to DHL (over two hours on hold) and five days not being able to contact their driver, which they said was most unusual - how odd in itself to be unable to contact an employee!, I was told their driver had no recollection of visiting the address and they needed to find my parcel! It sounds like dishonesty to me. Then DHL told there was a glitch in the system! Hmmm! DHL advised me to tell the retailer to contact them. This is not my job to do this but DHL. DHL have failed to deliver despite me paying for a service. In the meantime I had raised an undelivered parcel claim with Flannels on 20 December. Called them several times and was told that as there was a claim in, Flannels needed time to investigate. It is 28December, DHL have had ten days to find my parcel now. The retailer Flannels has been appalling too refusing me a refund or replacement before Christmas due to the investigation. It seems perfectly clear to me that someone has my parcel and is keeping it!I expect and as a consumer deserve better service.
