Only giving 1 star as zero star is not possible. Having sent a notification that the delivery was going to be delayed a day it soon became apparent why. I had ordered a case of 12 bottles of wine and when it arrived it had clearly been repackaged in an oversized box with no bottle dividers so the wine bottles were just loose. The original box had clearly been dropped and one or more bottles broken. The box that was delivered only contained 9 of the 12 bottles ordered, the labels and bottles of which all showed evidence of being soaked in wine. In addition 2 of the bottle tops were also damaged. No hint of an apology or explanation from the deliverer as to what had happened or any remedial action proposed. Did they seriously think that I wouldn't notice only 75% of the order was delivered. Apalling service and would not recommend DHL to anyone based on this experience.
