Delivery driver never attempted to deliver my package in the first place. He lied and said that no one was home and I missed the delivery but this wasn’t the case (as we have a Ring doorbell).I called and requested re-delivery which was booked for Christmas Eve and again no one turned up. Instead I decided to drive to the local parcel collection point as it was a gift which I needed urgently. I arrived to find it sitting on a shelf. Not impressed at all.
