My recent experience with DHL has been extremely disappointing and stressful.Over the course of three days, DHL made repeated failed attempts to collect my parcel — not because I was unavailable, but because their drivers continued to attend several incorrect addresses, despite my correct address being supplied from the outset and later confirmed by customer support.I contacted DHL multiple times and was assured that the address had been updated; however, the same issue occurred again on each subsequent day. To accommodate the scheduled collections, I took time off work and rearranged personal commitments to remain at home, yet no collection attempt was made at my actual address.This has resulted in significant inconvenience, anxiety, and wasted time, particularly as this relates to my first sale on eBay. For a company of DHL’s size, this level of inaccuracy and failure to resolve a clearly reported issue is unacceptable.I am pursuing a formal complaint and compensation review in light of the disruption caused.
