Whenever I see DHL as the courier I worry. I've had such mixed experiences with DHL recently and today was not the best. I received one parcel and at the same time was told I was not in for other parcel? I presume the driver made a mistake and drove off before realising there were two separate deliveries. I now have to wait three days (including the weekend) for redelivery.
