Parcel handed over to GLS ON 18/12/25 sat with them & on 31/12/25 got an email to say it would be delivered that day but still no sign & no updates when I put tracking number in. I have emailed them but have had no response. Terrible customer service. I ordered from another company that uses DPD on 27/12 and DPD delivered it on 29/12 they are much better delivery company. Will not be ordering from another company that uses GLS as there delivery carrier
