GLS is not fit for purpose! Ordered my parcel at the start of December hoping it would arrive for Christmas as a gift, it’s been sitting in the parcel centre in Ireland since the 22nd and it’s now the 31st. Shocking customer service too. How can they just hold on to people’s parcels without even an option to collect? Avoid!!
