GLS has been a disaster, the parcel was here in Dublin since 16/12/2025, in the storehouse, nobody has ever contacted me to arrange for a delivery, or giving some notice in advance, then the tracking record emerged, "the receiver was absent" at the time of delivery attempt, the next appeared "the correct address needs to be clarified". I did contacted the GLS via chat and sent a complete and correct address and the phone number, just in case, it wasn't on the delivery label. Nobody has ever contacted me back. I got in touch with retailer's customer service, and was responded in written, being reassured, the case was reviewed and the delivery would take place on: 28/12/2025, which would still have been fine with me and I was looking forward to, then on 24/12/2025, however, a new record occurred on GLS tracking, namely, "the parcel was returned to the sender". I know the way GLS is carrying out the services in other European countries, like Germany or Denmark, for instance, and it is very sufficient over there, which is not, for some reason the case in Ireland.What should I say here more, I just happened to have gotten an "outstanding service", many great thanks!
