GLS currently has our parcel held at their Dublin depot and has had it since 14 December. We were told the delivery truck will not be opened, and that the parcel will not be delivered until January, despite it already being in their possession.This item is a Christmas gift, which GLS staff were aware of. While we were at the depot, other customers were able to receive their parcels, yet ours was refused with no clear explanation.Being told that a parcel cannot be accessed even though it is physically there — while others are released — is extremely frustrating. There has been no effort to offer an alternative solution or timeline.Very disappointing experience, especially at Christmas.
