If I could rate this experience a zero, I would. I understand the holiday season is busy for delivery services, but this has been entirely unacceptable. Customer support was unavailable, and tracking updates were infrequent. My package was reported to have arrived in the country on December 6th, but the next update wasn't until December 30th, stating it was 'out for delivery.' After such a long wait, I received no information or options. I wasn't home for the delivery and couldn't adjust the date or address. The tracking system later claimed the parcel was delivered, but I never received it and did not sign for it. This lack of clarity and responsibility is extremely disappointing. I will no longer engage with companies that use this delivery service.
