They state they will insure items up to £50 but if you state that the value of the item is £50 they will use it as a customs value. You won't see this on the envelope label as it's all bar-coded. So you will then be charged import duty on their insurance value!Also if you send documents, don't specify the actual documents by name as they will argue they are not 'documents'.
