I was at home all day waiting, yet no delivery attempt was made.Instead, the parcel was taken to a nearby drop-off point without my consent, and I had to collect it myself. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for express home delivery.Very disappointing service and poor adherence to delivery instructions.
