The delivery person was patient and waited for me to get downstairs to the door (I have a note outside explaining that I'm disabled and slow to answer the door) and very helpfully put the large parcel in my hallway so I didn't have to lift it. He closed the garden gate properly on the way out which disappointed my old dog as he loves an unauthorised adventure, but I was very pleased. Along with the clear notifications about delivery time, the whole experience was excellent. Thank you.
