Had a delivery arranged to my parents house, upon delivery driver don’t even knock on the door, just dumped the parcel on the driveway and fraudulently signed it by ‘meg’. Not only do I never sign my name as Meg, always my full name, but I don’t live at this address and no one accepted the parcel. Anyway, parcel needed picking back up as it was an accidental subscription purchase. DHL failed to show up 3 times. When they finally came to pick up the parcel, they didn’t give a recipt or collection number or a verification email to confirm the collection. Now the company I was trying to return this too are saying the parcel was never collected or it hasn’t been logged so I can’t get my money back. So DHL have stolen my parcel. Not only this, but they have failed to reply to my email, absolutely disgusting service.
