I had booked the day off work specifically to receive this delivery and waited all morning, as the parcel was scheduled to arrive on 06/01.This is not the first time I have experienced this issue with DHL deliveries. It appears that drivers are not coming up to my flat, and as a result, I have repeatedly been marked as “not home” despite being present.Due to this ongoing problem, I was forced to travel to the depot myself to collect the item.
