DHL states that it made three delivery attempts, but their driver didn't ring our doorbell on three occasions (I work at that end of the house), their driver didn't leave 'delivery attempt' notifications on three occasions... Now we are told to pick it up ourselves from DHL Express East Midlands Airport. We are told also that DHL will "have a word if he hasn't followed that process" because why trust a customer writing that the house doorbells weren't rung on three occasions. Appalling...
