Unfortunately a couple of companies I order from regularly, use DHL for their deliveries. I have not had a single good experience at any time, despite regular feedback explaining why there has been problems with every delivery of my dog food. The latest "delivery" (not for dog food) has been promised to me for about a week now. Excuses each day despite emails stating "it's out for delivery". Today's excuse, is that "nobody was home" and I was sent a photo of some drive gates to "prove" this was the case. This is a complete lie from the driver because the house he was at, is over 2 miles away from where I live and doesn't share the same postcode. We do have drive gates which are kept shut but we also have a gate entry system which logs each call, so I know if the person has attempted to contact us to gain entry. This order was a last minute Christmas gift which won't now arrive before the new year, if the same driver is going to keep on lying though his teeth every day.It's pointless trying to contact anyone because despite stating the customer care team is available 7am-8pm, nobody answers the phone, you just get an automated system and no answers!It might just be another delivery to you but to the customer, it's probably something important....
