DHLupdate 'tried to deliver but couldn't' despite being at home and no bell being rung or any knock on door. Then when I click to rearrange, it says it has been delivered and shows a photo of the courier handing it to a random man, who is unidentifiable as the photo is of his belly.... No idea where the parcel is or who has it, but never mind it's nothing important, just necessary medication! Needless hassle because the courier is useless.
