I got a message stating that a delivery had been attempted but failed as no one was at home. Problem is that I was at home and I have several cameras covering the main door and parking area in front of my door. I checked them and no delivery was attempted at any time. I contacted DHL and all they could say is that since it was scanned in by the courier so it must have happened. Not a great experience.EDIT:Today (23/12/2025) they claimed to try again, reassuring me saying they will call before delivery to make sure it gets delivered.As the delivery window come I took a break of work and spent the entire time watching the tracker (they provide a live map). When the van on the map came close I got ready and stood outside my door just to make sure they would deliver. I see the yellow van drive by and completely skip my street. No call, nothing. Seconds later I get the same "sorry we missed you email".Words cannot describe my upset right now. Zero attempt has been made to deliver once again. The customer service rep was kind and did their best to try and call the driver but they had no response. I'm at the point I want compensation for this rubbish service, what is the point of paying for Express if they do not even attempt to deliver.
