Parcel collected Friday for delivery Monday. Driver unable to deliver saying no one there 17.02 despite person being there until 18.30! Tuesday not even attempted delivery and today did not get delivered just sent out on round and returned. This is a joke and clearly customer service is not even on the radar. Told it will delivered Thursday but not hopeful too many broken promises
