Absolutely disgusting. Waiting for a delivery then to get 13 emails saying it's cancelled or back on the van. A driver eventually turned up late evening only half the parcel. Told the driver there should be another package. He said I don't know this isn't my round the original driver has quit! He went back to his van just had a quick look then drove off. Didn't even get a signature but text came through saying we had signed and received parcels??? Madness we are now left with a carcass and no fitments. Trying to get through to them is a joke! Disgusting DHL e commerce!!¡!
