I joined the School of Content based on promises made during the enrollment process that turned out not to be true. The program was advertised as offering flexible live coaching calls, accessible mentors, and a structured curriculum — none of which matched what I actually received.The live calls were almost entirely during my working hours, even though I was explicitly told there would be multiple time options each week. That was the main reason I signed up. I immediately brought up this schedule conflict, and I was told to “just join for 15 minutes during lunch,” which is completely unrealistic for anyone with a real job, especially in healthcare. This is not what you want to hear when you've paid close to $7000 for a program.After raising my concerns in my Welcome Call, I was assured I would be refunded due to the schedule conflict. It’s been 2 weeks, and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve followed up multiple times and keep getting vague responses, delays, or silence.At this point, I feel misled, ignored, and incredibly frustrated. For a program that charges thousands of dollars, you’d expect professionalism and integrity. Instead, I’m stuck chasing down a refund.I absolutely would not recommend this program based on my experience.
