Their delivery driver just dropped a package at my door on 5th Jan 2026. I didnt duscover it until the following morning. The parcel wasn't for me and didn't have my name address or postcode on it. I emailed the company on 6th January and got an automated reply stating a customer service agent would contact me. I am still waiting on 13th January for someone from this Company to contact me. Shockingly bad Customer service ! It's obvious, they simply don't care !
