My package was due last Friday and I received an email on Friday evening to say it couldn't be delivered because there was nobody at home.....I didn't leave the house all day! Now I've just received another email to say my package was delivered an hour ago - I haven't seen anyone and it's not here! This is ridiculous. Unfortunately it's the companies that use GLS that suffer because customers won't buy from them again because of the dreadful delivery service.
