Got an email from GLS to say my parcel had been delivered to my house on Saturday 26th July 2025 at 10.43am. I was at home all day and got no delivery. Contacted GLS by email. Got email on Monday 28th July from GLS with photo of my delivery outside a door to a Community centre on my road. They had left it outside where anyone could have taken it. Luckily the centre was opening later that day and they took it in for safe keeping. GLS told me they delivered to the correct eircode which was a complete lie. I sent them a screenshot from the eircode website as proof to which they did apologise and are "dealing" with my complaint. As of today 5th August - no further response.
