absolutely horrible. Like I would never ever do a review this low cause I never want to give bad rep but this was just not good at all. They sent me three emails saying my item was out for delivery and it never came, it got to the point where I had to contact Zara for a whole new dispatch and when I emailed gls customer service they never got back to me.
