I have been trying to contact GLS to redirect a parcel, but I am having no luck. I have tried to call them but cannot get through - I hear an automated message telling me that their phone lines are down. I have sent numerous emails to them - the first one I sent a week ago - I received a response where they told me to call or email them again when the parcel arrived in Ireland. I have tried to contact them since I saw the parcel arrived in Ireland, but have received no response from them so far. This has been a pretty disappointing customer experience.
