Probably one of the worst courier services in Ireland. My parcel was supposed to arrive on 21st of December. Its the 23rd now and its still not delivered, emailed twice - no answers. Called 3times - nobody picked up. Shop app doesnt provide their locations on GPS and the "shipping details" provided are a joke. This is the first time I have had to deal with such abomination of a service and my hopes of getting my delivery until christmas are gone. Will have to look out for GLS in the future when online shopping and choose something else. God awful.EDIT: suddenly got an automatic reply to my email, will see where this goes.CASE NUMBER #00028244, waiting for an additional email.
